Refund policy

Not satisfied with your product?

If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, please email us at info@discgolfstar.com. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return following the delivery of your item. We only accept returns of new, unused, unthrown and uninked items with tags and original packaging (if the item came with packaging). We charge a 5% restocking fee for all returns, which will be deducted from your refund.

The mystery boxes and the discs you receive from the mystery boxes are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Damaged or defective product?

We do our best to inspect and ship your items with care but unfortunately some issues may happen during transit or the product you receive may have a small defect that we missed. In that case, we will do everything in our power to make it right with you; just send us an email at info@discgolfstar.com and we will make sure to correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you want to swap your item for another one, proceed with the return as mentioned above and purchase the desired item. This way we will be able to process both the refund and the new order quicker.

Black Friday & Boxing Day

We will not accept any returns or exchanges from November 25 to November 29, 2021, and on December 26th. We will not adjust prices if an item you purchased is on sale during any of these periods.
