All orders are processed in order of first come first served. Normally, orders will be processed in under 24 hours. Orders are picked up by our carrier once a day during weekdays. During higher volume periods, we will definitely try our best to keep the processing time as short as possible for every order coming in, but delays may happen. We will update this section if we ever happen to have those sorts of delays.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimated and can be over or under the estimated delay. The estimated delivery times are in business days and do not include processing time.
Free Shipping Promotion:
We offer free Canada-wide standard shipping on orders over 125$CAD excluding tax. Baskets, oversized items and overweight items are excluded from the promotion.
Single Disc Letter Mail:
This shipping method offers no tracking number nor insurance. It is to be used at your own risk. Clients using this shipping method will receive an email once their order is shipped but will not receive a tracking number. Your single disc will be shipped in a bubble mailer which will be delivered by Canada Post through regular mail. Shipping delay may vary from a few days to three weeks. Disc Golf Star is not responsible for any loss or damage to the package once it leaves our store. Disc Golf Star cannot claim missing packages to Canada Post for shipments sent using this method and therefore cannot refund or exchange any lost or damaged package and is not responsible for delays.

Expedited Parcel: 1 to 7 days.
Xpresspost: 2 to 5 days.
Priority: 2 to 3 days.
For international orders going to the USA:
Small Packet USA: 5 to 8 days. This is an untracked service with no insurance. This means you will not be able to track the order and we are not responsible if package is lost. The customer assumes the risk in case the package gets lost in transit.
Tracked Packet USA: 4-7 days.
Expedited Parcel USA: 4-7 days.
Xpresspost USA: 2-3 days.
Priority Worldwide: 1 day.
For international orders:
Small Packet International: 6-10 days. Shipping time may vary a lot from the estimated delivery time. This is an untracked service with no insurance. This means you will not be able to track the order and we are not responsible if package is lost. The customer assumes the risk in case the package gets lost in transit.
Tracked Packet International: 6-10 days.

Once we pack your order, you will receive a tracking number by email. The tracking will be activated once Canada Post picks up the package from our location. The estimated delivery date is going to be available on the tracking page once the package is with our carrier.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Disc Golf Star has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
